Terms of Sale
Last updated: 18 July 2026
1.General provisions
- This document sets out the terms of sale contracts for products presented on kyoraikitchen.com (the "Site").
- The provisions of this document apply to contracts concluded with consumers within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code.
- The general rules for using the Site (unrelated to purchasing) are governed by a separate Terms of Service document.
2.Seller
The Seller is Igor Wnuk, gen. Walerego Wróblewskiego 21/T, 93-566 Łódź, email address: kyorai.kitchen@gmail.com. The Seller is a natural person conducting unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) under Polish law and therefore holds no company registration or tax identification number. This does not affect any of the consumer rights described below.
3.Placing and processing orders
- Selected products are added to a cart, the contents of which are stored locally in the browser.
- Order finalization — including entering shipping details and payment — takes place on the external Shopify platform, to which the Customer is redirected after clicking "Proceed to checkout".
- The sales contract is concluded once the order is confirmed and payment is settled on the Shopify platform.
- The Customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided.
4.Prices and payment
- All prices on the Site are listed in euro (EUR) and are gross prices (inclusive of VAT).
- Knives and knife sets are delivered free of charge within the European Union. The cutting board, and all destinations outside the European Union, are charged at the flat rates set out on the Shipping & payment page. The exact amount is shown before order finalization.
- Payment is processed using the payment methods made available by the Shopify platform.
5.Delivery
- Orders are prepared and dispatched once payment has settled. Estimated delivery times by destination are set out on the Shipping & payment page and are estimates rather than guarantees.
- Delivery is available to the territories shown as available at the order-finalization stage in Shopify.
6.Right of withdrawal
- In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, a Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear statement of withdrawal must be submitted — for example by email to kyorai.kitchen@gmail.com — before the deadline referred to in point 1 expires.
- In the event of withdrawal, the Seller will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), promptly and no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal statement is received.
- The Customer is required to return the product promptly, no later than 14 days from the date the withdrawal statement was submitted, at their own expense.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, products that are not prefabricated and were manufactured according to consumer specifications or intended to meet the consumer's individualized needs.
