Cookie Policy

Current status: the Kyōrai Kitchen website, in its current version, does not use cookies. Visit statistics are collected with Vercel Web Analytics, which is deliberately cookieless — it counts page views without storing anything on your device and without identifying individual visitors, which is why no consent banner is required. This document describes the actual technical situation, as well as what will change if cookie-based analytics or marketing tools are added in the future.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files saved by a browser on a user's device, used among other things to remember preferences, maintain a session, or for analytics and marketing purposes.

2.Cookies used on the Site

The Site does not currently set any cookies — technical, analytics, or marketing. The visit statistics described above run without them.

If the Site starts using tools that require cookies in the future (e.g. Google Analytics, advertising pixels), this table will be updated with the name, purpose, and retention period of each cookie, and a consent banner will be shown before they are activated, wherever required by law.

3.Local storage (cart)

The Site uses the browser's localStorage technology — technically distinct from cookies — solely to remember the contents of the shopping cart between visits.
This data is saved only on the user's device and is never transmitted to the Controller or to any third party.
This is a function that is technically necessary for the cart to work (Article 173(3)(2) of the Polish Telecommunications Law) — it does not require separate consent.
This data can be deleted at any time by clearing browsing data in your browser settings.

4.External resources

The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts servers (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). This is not a cookie, but simply downloading a font involves transmitting the browser's IP address to Google. Details are described in the Privacy Policy, §4.

Once you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to the Shopify website — from that point on, Shopify's own cookie policy applies, independent of this document.

5.Managing cookies

Even though the Site does not currently set cookies, every browser lets you manage cookies set by the sites you visit (including Shopify after redirection) — in your browser's privacy/cookie settings you can view, block, or delete them.

6.Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated promptly whenever any cookies are introduced to the Site. We encourage you to check it periodically.
