1.Who is the controller of your data

2.Purpose and legal basis for processing

The data you provide (e.g. your email address when signing up for the newsletter, or details in the contact form) will be processed in order to:

provide the service you requested (e.g. sending the newsletter) — based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR),
respond to your inquiry — based on the Controller's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3.Who we share data with

Data may be entrusted to parties that support the Site's operation — the hosting provider (Vercel) and, if applicable, the newsletter provider. The full list is in the Privacy Policy, §4.

4.How long we keep data

Data is kept until consent is withdrawn (e.g. unsubscribing from the newsletter) or for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, no longer than 12 months from the last contact.

5.Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). 6.Whether providing data is required

Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to use the service you're requesting (e.g. receiving the newsletter or getting a response to your inquiry).
