Terms of Service

1.General provisions

1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at kyoraikitchen.com (the "Site").
2. The owner and operator of the Site is Igor Wnuk, with a correspondence address at gen. Walerego Wróblewskiego 21/T, 93-566 Łódź, a natural person conducting unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) under Polish law and therefore holding no company registration or tax identification number (the "Operator" or "Seller").
3. The Operator can be contacted at kyorai.kitchen@gmail.com.
4. Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. The terms of product sales, the right of withdrawal, and product complaints are governed by a separate document — the Terms of Sale.

2.Definitions

• Site — the website available at kyoraikitchen.com, together with all its subpages.
• User — any person using the Site.
• Cart — a Site feature allowing selected products to be temporarily saved; cart data is stored locally in the User's browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to the Operator's server.
• Payment platform — the external provider (Shopify) through which order finalization and payment are carried out.

3.Conditions of use

1. Using the Site is free of charge and does not require registration, subject to the features described in §4.
2. Proper use of the Site requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled.
3. Users must use the Site in a manner consistent with the law, good practice, and respect for the rights of other Users.
4. It is prohibited to take any action that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Site, including attempts to gain unauthorized access to its resources.

4.Customer account

1. The customer account creation and login feature is currently in development and is not yet active on the Site.
2. Orders are processed without the need to create an account — via redirection to the external payment platform, as described in the Terms of Sale.

5.Intellectual property

1. All content published on the Site — including text, photographs, graphics, the logo, and the page layout — is the property of the Operator or of parties that have granted the Operator a license to use it, and is protected by copyright law.
2. Copying, distributing, or otherwise using the Site's content without the Operator's written consent is prohibited, except for use within the limits of permitted personal use.

6.Liability

1. The Operator makes every effort to keep the information presented on the Site (product descriptions, prices, availability) current and accurate, but does not guarantee it will be continuously error-free.
2. The Operator is not liable for interruptions to the Site's operation resulting from technical causes beyond its control, including outages of hosting or payment providers.
3. The Operator is not liable for the content or operation of external services linked to from the Site (including the payment platform).

7.Complaints about the site itself

1. Complaints regarding the technical functioning of the Site (e.g. display errors, broken links) can be reported to kyorai.kitchen@gmail.com.
2. Complaints regarding purchased products are handled according to the rules described in the Terms of Sale.
3. The Operator will process reports within 14 days of receipt.

8.Final provisions

1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service. The current version is always available at this address, together with the date of its last update.
2. In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
