Kyōrai Kitchen is a trading name. The seller is a natural person conducting unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) under Polish law, which is why no company registration or tax identification number is listed.
This is an address for correspondence and returns, not a shop open to visitors.
3.Before you write
Some questions already have detailed answers on the site, and you will get what you need faster there:
- FAQ — steel types, choosing between a Nakiri, Santoku and Kiritsuke, sharpening angles, patina and rust, storage.
- Shipping & payment — delivery times, shipping rates, payment methods, VAT and customs.
- Returns & complaints — the 30-day return window, what counts as a defect, refunds.
4.What to include
Including these from the outset usually saves an entire round of emails:
- For an order query — your order number and the email address you ordered with.
- For a complaint — the order number plus clear, well-lit photographs. For a chipped or cracked blade, a close photograph normally settles the matter immediately.
- For knife advice — what you cook most, the size of your board, and whether you are willing to dry a carbon blade after every use. That last point matters more than any other in choosing between Aogami and Damascus.
5.Newsletter
The form in the footer of every page signs you up to occasional emails about new arrivals and restocks. You can unsubscribe from any message, and your address is never passed to third parties — see the Privacy Policy.
6.Data protection
Messages you send are used solely to answer your enquiry. How that data is stored, for how long, and what rights you have over it is set out in the GDPR Notice.
